Arrowfield Veterinary Practice was formed in 2013 when long standing employed vets, Paul Buckingham & Wendy Phillips took the opportunity to buy out the practice under an employee owned business model more familiarly associated with the John Lewis Partnership. We are proud to be the first veterinary practice to have adopted employee ownership as a means of business succession.
Our structure values and encourages full employee participation in the day to day running of the practice and rewards the loyalty and professionalism of our whole team. For us, employee ownership means a shared responsibility and commitment to the animals entrusted to our care and to the service we provide for our clients, both owners and farm businesses alike; ‘Healthy animals and Happy clients’.
We have a continuing programme of investment into our practice facilities, equipment and staff training to ensure we offer a high level of up to date veterinary care. All of our services are fully accredited under the RCVS Practice standards scheme
